Aureum is built with privacy as a core principle. Your financial data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers or any third party.
Aureum does not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:
All data you enter into Aureum — including expenses, budgets, categories, goals, and preferences — is stored locally on your device using standard on-device storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.
If you enable the privacy lock feature (Face ID or Touch ID), biometric authentication is handled entirely by your device's operating system. Aureum never accesses, stores, or processes your biometric data. A backup PIN, if created, is stored securely on your device using the system keychain.
Aureum offers premium features through in-app purchases processed by Apple's App Store. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID. We only receive confirmation of whether a valid purchase exists to unlock premium features.
Aureum does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only external service interaction is with Apple's StoreKit for processing in-app purchases.
Premium users can export their expense data as a CSV file. This export is generated locally on your device and shared using your device's native share functionality. The exported file is not sent to our servers.
Aureum does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Since the app does not collect any personal data from any user, there is no risk of children's data being collected.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Since we do not collect your contact information, we encourage you to review this page periodically.
